Refund policy

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our glass drinking straws! If your straw is broken during "normal" use we will replace it or offer a refund for the item. If your straw is broken, chipped or you notice a defect in it please STOP use immediately and contact us. Do not throw the straw away- as part of our quality control practices, you may be asked to send us pictures or return the defective straw. Please use caution when using any glass product.
